Curbside valets must anticipate the unique needs of each customer and look to exceed their expectations with each interaction. In this high-profile role, it is important that the Valet maintains a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times. The Valet reports to the Account Manager or Lead Attendant where appropriate.

Shuttle Drivers

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for the tasks related to the transport of customers in passenger shuttles or vans. Shuttle Drivers must provide a superior customer service experience for each passenger. In this visible role, it is important that the Shuttle Driver maintains a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times. The Shuttle Driver reports to the Account Manager or Lead Attendant where appropriate.

Account Managers

The Account Manager is responsible for the entire operation of a specific account or location in accordance with Curbside policies and procedures. This fast-paced role requires the juggling of multiple duties. The Manager leads by example and ensures that all account criteria and expectations are consistently met or exceeded. Staff management and development are a crucial aspect to this position. Managers are responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, motivating and evaluating their teams.

Concierge &
Errand Runners

The Concierge/Errand Runner is a high-profile customer service position. In addition to providing specific information about the location, the Concierge/Errand Runner performs services including vehicle maintenance, personal shopping, dry cleaning, the ordering of flowers, lunch pickups and catering. The ideal candidate will be happy to do whatever it takes to meet and exceed the expectations of each and every patron.

Garage/Lot Attendants & Cashiers

Lot Attendants are responsible for providing superior customer service while overseeing the day-to-day lot operations at designated parking facilities. Cashiers have more involvement with the accurate processing of parking fee transactions. Both must maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times. Ideal candidates are very good communicators, comfortable with technology and pay attention to detail.

Greeters & Ambassadors

In these very visible roles, it is vital that the Greeters and Ambassadors maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times. It is their job to create a positive first impression by warmly welcoming each customer and by offering information, directions and general assistance. They assist in helping people in and out of motor vehicles; they obtain wheelchairs, help with packages, bags—anything to keep your entrances running smoothly.
