Under
the direction of an Account Manager, oversees the operations at a specific
account or location, providing direct supervision over Curbside account
personnel. The Team Leader serves as a coach in promoting teamwork and
a customer service oriented environment. Directs and motivates valet attendants
to complete job duties and tasks to standards set by the Employee Handbook
and site-specific operating procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Exceptional customer service experience.
2. Ability to lead and motivate staff to create teamwork environment.
3. Ability to complete written reports, payroll sheets, reconciliation sheets, etc.
4. Problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.
5. Tact and diplomacy in dealing with customers.
